As your exclusive rental agency we will search for available rental properties based on your criteria, preview available properties, set-up showings and assist in lease negotiations. For these exclusive rental services we charge 10% of the gross lease amount for one year. To obtain our services a $500 retainer fee is required upon signing our exclusive agency agreement, which will be applied to the 10% fee. Payment is due upon signing a lease agreement for the selected property. In the future, if you use Domicile Real Estate Brokerage to purchase a property in Charleston the entire 10% fee will be refunded to you.
